Have you always wanted to know how to create your own patterns that fit perfectly? You may not have a dress form to work on but you can easily work from just your measurements to draft patterns that fit!

In this Mood U 1-Day Intensive Pattern Making 101 Workshop you will learn the fundamental rules of flat pattern making. Creating basic patterns for use as a starting block for creating any style you can dream of.

Students will be guided in the fundamental steps used to create basic patterns and the flat pattern drafting techniques required to manipulate shape, style and fit. At the completion of the 1-Day Intensive Workshop, students will have finished some basic paper patterns that can be used time and time again for future projects.

Please note: The class will be taught following steps for drafting of primarily patterns for womens measurements, however we will talk about adapting the steps for some basic mens patterns also.
